$150 refundable security deposit
$90 refundable cleaning fee. Security deposit, cleaning fee, and first nights rent are required to secure a reservation.
Balance of payment is due at least two weeks prior to stay. Notice of cancellations must be within 2 weeks of reservation.

The full security deposit will be returned within two weeks after stay, assuming the house is left in acceptable condition. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, this is a smoke free and pet free house. If there is any sign of either, the entire security deposit will automatically be forfeited. Parties over 5 will be charged 25% surcharge.
